Rookie REALTOR® Society

Mission Statement

In recent years, we have seen a tremendous growth in the number of new licensees joining the association and with this influx of new REALTORS® in the market, we want to make sure there is no gap in the transition from the basic pre-licensing training to the real-world application.

The Coastal Association of REALTORS® feels it is our duty to the industry-and to you as a member-to make sure you have all the resources needed to be a skilled professional no matter how long you've been in the business.

The mission of the Rookie Society is to promote REALTOR® advancement by providing networking opportunities, fostering discussion, and stimulating the open interchange of ideas on issues important to new members of the profession including duties, responsibilities, and challenges.
