- Will my SentriCard work in both CAR and SCAOR Service Areas?
Yes, as long as you follow proper procedure.

You must obtain a Sentri Card and hold an active SentriLock Account through your Primary Association.
- What do I do if my Primary Board is Coastal (CAR)?
You must obtain a SentriCard & pay the $175.00 yearly service fee; this will guarantee your access to the CAR service area. Once your card/account has been activated you will need to obtain reciprocal access to Sussex County (SCAOR). This can be accomplished by submitting a completed "
Sussex County SentriLock Reciprocal Application" to the Coastal Association Office. Please note you must be a member of SCAOR's MLS to obtain SentriCard Access in SCAOR's service area.

Yes, as long as it is a Coastal Association assigned Lockbox you can exchange your Supra Lock boxes for SentriLock boxes free of charge.
- Do I have to be trained in SentriLock if I already have a SentriLock Card?
Delaware agents, who already have the SentriLock system may choose not to take the training. Please be aware that programming the key & lockboxes can take 30-45 minutes. Since you have to wait for the reprogramming this would be a great time to attend the training class as a refresher course and learn about the new SentriLock features.
